BEING A MEMBER OF AN HOA
Owning property in Starling at Big Lake automatically makes you a member in the association as outlined on the encumbrance registered on each title.
Through collaborative efforts, homeowner associations (HOA’s) contribute to the upkeep of common areas, facilitate communication among residents, and foster a strong sense of belonging and community.
