MEMBERSHIP FEES
As a property owner in Starling at Big Lake, you are a member of the Starling at Big Lake Homeowners Association. Membership is mandatory and fees are charged in accordance with the encumbrance registered on your certificate of title. It is important to note that your fees help to maintain the amenities of the community, improving property values, and creating spaces to enjoy with your family.
Based on the estimated 2026 annual operating costs, fees will be
$100.00 + GST = $105.00 for the fiscal year January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026.
PAYMENTS DUE NOW
May 1, 2026 - Interest is applied to all outstanding accounts
(interest charged as per encumbrance at a rate of 5% per annum above the TD Bank Prime Rate calculated and compounded monthly)
ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
To download or pay your invoice online, go to https://central.ivrnet.com/starling/click on “Log in” and enter your email address and your password. Once you are logged in you will need to click on “Profile” and then “Payments Due”. From here you will see a little green button with the $ sign on it. That is what you need to click on to pay with credit card online. If you need a receipt after you click “past payments” and click on the little blue button with an eye on it.
You can also pay with your credit card via Telepay or send a cheque or bring cash to our office (instructions on invoice).
If you are unsure of your credentials, please contact info@coremanagement.ca. Please note, if fees are owed for prior years, all invoices can be viewed in the portal and must be paid in full.
HOW WE ALL WORK TOGETHER
We encourage the builders and real estate professionals to educate the homeowners about what to expect by living in a Homeowners Association.
Owners should be aware that there is an encumbrance registered on the title, as well as any restrictive covenants, bylaws and architectural guidelines relevant to the property.
